In a significant development, three individuals, including two medical professionals, have been arrested by the Maraimalai Nagar police in Chennai. The arrests followed a formal complaint filed by a private medical facility located in Kattankulathur, Chengalpattu district.
Police records reveal that the medical college staff discovered a deceptive scheme targeting students. Allegedly, certain individuals had been misleading students by falsely promising to secure counterfeit degree certificates, including for those who had not successfully completed their courses.
