11-Year-Old Fights for Life After Family Attack

The child managed to escape the scene and alert family members, following which he was urgently admitted to a private healthcare facility.

- Multiple deep lacerations and puncture wounds
- Extensive soft tissue damage
- Associated pain and blood loss
- Over 100 stitches are required to close traumatic wounds
Emergency physicians confirmed that the child was conscious but in significant pain. Prompt wound care, analgesia, fluid management, and infection prevention were administered as part of acute trauma management.

Assailant Ingests Poison
Shortly after the attack, the accused reportedly consumed a toxic substance, believed to be a deliberate act of self-harm. He was also admitted to a private hospital, where:

- Supportive care including IV fluids and electrolyte correction was initiated
- His condition was later declared clinically stable

- Section 351(2): Criminal intimidation
Police have stated that the accused will be arrested once discharged from medical care.
