- Eat: Eating right is important. Focus on whole foods, fresh foods, avoid processed foods and sugary drinks, avoid over-eating/binge eating/excess alcohol, eat mindfully – what you eat, how you eat and when you eat. Eating nutritious food is the key.
- Learn: There is no age at which you cannot learn. Learning is life. Try new things, learn new skills, challenge your skills. Do what your love and progress in it and keep learning and inventing yourself over time.
- Relationships: Invest in building and maintaining relationships as this gives you a sense of belonging and improves your social life. This relationship will reduce your loneliness, improve your mental health and enrich your life.
