Dr. Anuradha Rathod is a psychiatrist who believes that mental health care must always be holistic and patient-centred. Her work primarily spans women’s mental health, sexual health for both men and women, anxiety, perfectionism, and lifestyle psychiatry. She integrates therapy, medication, and lifestyle interventions to help individuals find balance and confidence.
Outside her clinic, she actively engages in community initiatives—conducting school and adolescent programs on screen use, teacher sensitisation workshops, and awareness drives for women’s wellbeing. She also writes and creates content to make conversations around mental health authentic, inclusive, and accessible.
Propelled by curiosity, Dr. Rathod enjoys exploring intersections of psychiatry with integrative medicine, ethical AI & digital health, eco-conscious living, and travel. For her, mental health is not limited to treatment, but an everyday practice woven into the fabric of life.
