Chana Chaat Recipe: A Healthy, High-Protein Snack Ready in Minutes
Hunger pangs? Try some chana chaat. A snack loaded with protein and fibre and rich in Vitamin B6, C, folate, niacin, thiamin, riboflavin and minerals like manganese, phosphorus, iron, and copper. Ingredients
- 2 cups boiled chana
- 1 chopped onion
- 1chopped tomato
- 1 boiled potato
- 1 chopped cucumber
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 chopped green chilli
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves for garnish
Method
- In a bowl, add the boiled chana
- Add the chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, and boiled potato pieces
- Add chaat masala, chopped green chillies, lime juice, salt and toss together
- Garnish with coriander leaves / sev
Chana chaat is ready.
