Massive Seizure of Adulterated Food in Hyderabad
A special inspection drive across different zones of Hyderabad – including LB Nagar, Malkajgiri, Bhongir, and Maheshwaram – led to the seizure of a large amount of adulterated food. Here’s what officials found:
- 575 litres of fake ghee and 3946 kg of adulterated ginger-garlic paste in LB Nagar
- 3,037 kg of ginger-garlic paste along with immunity-boosting supplements in Malkajgiri
- 35 kg of paneer and 250 kg of snack mixtures were found to be contaminated in Bhongir
